Small Groups
Small groups are an integral part of our life together as a church. It is where we learn and practice together loving God, loving others, and serving the world. All newcomers are invited to participate in our Discovery group in a one-day retreat format or a four-week group. Next, participating in Outflow will give you a good introduction to how we believe God's love can transform our lives and the lives of those around us. Then, the opportunity to gain even more insight into spiritual formation and serving others is provided in The Apprenticeship Series and Unwrapping Our Gifts, respectively. Check back here for specific dates and times for these groups.
We have two meditation groups that meet weekly at the church. New participants are always warmly welcomed!
Lectio Divina

Prayerful listening to the Scriptures is a
Christian practice which dates back to the early church. Join Carol Lewis in the church parlor at 4:00 – 5:00 pm on Tuesday afternoons in May, to
learn to read and hear passages from the Bible as they speak to your personal needs of today.
Monday Morning Meditation
Monday 10:00 AM-11:30 AM,Parlor
A time of prayer, meditation and sharing followed by refreshments and teaching on the benefits on centering prayer.
Join us at 10:00 AM on Thursdays
in the church parlor for our weekly Bible Study. We focus on reflecting on scripture and applying it to our lives. We are currently exploring the DiscoveryOne series together.
We invite you to join us at either of our Women's Fellowship groups. The daytime group meets on the first Thursday of the month at 12:00 noon at the church. We eat a brown bag lunch, share desert and then begin our meeting. The evening group meets the first Wednesday of each month at 6:30. Currently we are planning for this year's Holiday Bazaar.
Our Men's Fellowship is a bit looser than our Women's Fellowship. We get together once a month or so and go bowling our watch a movie. We also sponsor an annual "Penny Auction" and a father-child lunch.
